Need someone who's creative and has basic knowledge of Youtube audience psychology and retention, rest else will be taught by our team.

Editor would be provided with Title and plot promise 2 days before the thumbnail is needed.

• Channel 1: Criminal Documentary Stories (2 thumbnails/week)
• Channel 2: Medical Content (3 thumbnails/week)

Total: 5 thumbnails per week

Pay would be: $8 per thumbnail - close to about ₹15,000/month
